"Contacted Henco for service of a Noritz On Demand water heater, and a next day appointment was available. Joshua arrived at the scheduled time. He inspected the unit and provided choices and recommendations of what could be done to flush and service so the unit (which was intermittent) would function properly, and the costs involved. He was very patient with my questions, and invited me to observe. Joshua also gave suggestions on proper care and that I should drain the unit during extreme freeze events to prevent damage. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends. Pricing was based on the service performed, rather than an hourly rate. The repair cost was in line with other estimates, which, like everything else, has gone up substantially over the years. based on the excellent and prompt service, I'll certainly call Henco in the future."

Arregreen Tree Solutions worked patiently with the City, going back and forth between communications and amendments, as well as updating me of the permit status and the process along the way. When we finally got the green light, Arregreen Tree Solutions was able to immediately start on the project. The crew was efficient and thorough, and made sure there was no damage nor mess to the property, at every step of the way – even during stump grinding!
