"The crew arrived prepped and ready. They were fast and courteous and respectful of all the obstacles they had to work around. The tree was big and had a heavy lean towards our neighbor, and had a bad crack in a “Y” section that was only another ice storm from disaster. We were impressed with a decent Estimate for the work and the speediness of getting scheduled for the work too! The office manager was helpful and understood what I was asking about and the Arborist was very knowledgeable. The guy that climbed the tree, slung himself in safely and then cut everything was very careful to not cause damage to anything nearby! They also even swept-up the patio and pathway before leaving! Our neighbor was impressed enough that he hired them for some extensive work that he needed done in his yard! Very impressed and extremely thankful we hired them instead of trying to tackle the task on our own! A very tough job that was finished SAFELY in one day! Thankyou! ?"

"From the first contact until the work was completed, Pacific Northwest Arborists was a professional, friendly company to do business with. Keith, the owner, came out to bid. I was impressed with how invested he was in saving our trees. Other companies we contacted were encouraging us to remove the trees. Keith offered realistic explanations and solutions to the various problems. Even to the point of saving a sapling shoot that was sprouting from the remaining birch stump in hopes that a new tree would result. The bid was very reasonable. The work performed and the cleanup following exceeded our expectations. I have already recommended Pacific Northwest Arborist to a neighbor and would not hesitate to use their services again."

"My experience with Green Sky Tree Services was excellent from start to finish. When I contacted them to get an initial bid, the receptionist took my info and said she would get back to me soon. I was expecting that to mean a couple days, but she called back within 15 minutes. The arborist, Juan, came out and looked at what I needed done, answered all my questions, and emailed me a bid the very next day. They were booked out about a month at the time, but he was able to fit me in within a couple weeks since it wasn't a large job. He and his crew showed up promptly the day of the job and did a meticulous job trimming one of my maple trees as well as an oak tree. He let me know when he was finished so I could take a look and make sure it was to my satisfaction. The cleanup by Juan and his crew was impeccable. They even went as far as taking care to cut up the large branches with hand saws instead of power saws as to be respectful of my neighbors since they came out early on a Saturday morning. I will definitely be contacting them for any future tree trimming needs."

"We contacted David with Gold Tooth to cut down a large way overgrown Hemlock tree. We also had a tall (very dead) Cedar tree that was in a very precarious location because of it's proximity to 3 other houses, ours and 2 of our neighbors, we also had his crew take down a tall and overgrown Laurel hedge. We went with Gold Tooth out of the 3 bids we had received not only because they were very competitively priced, mainly because of David's confidence in taking on this project! We had had other contractor's pass on this job or give such an exorbitant quote because of the difficulty and dangerous nature of cutting down the Cedar tree. They were finished in 1 day, cleaned up professionally and did a superb job, far exceeding our expectations! We are very pleased with the results and we love having our backyard back and no longer have to worry about that dead Cedar tree falling over in a wind storm."

"I had this arborist attend to two trees in my yard. One tree toppled from the weight of a freak April snowfall, and another tree had a large limb that was partially broken and hanging over a fence, also from the weight of the snow. They did an absolute great job, and they did not leave any branches or leaves behind to show the work had been done. "Douglas came out and gave me an estimate and said he would do the work the next day. Unfortunately, it rained. He left me a message a couple of days later telling me that 2 men were on the way and they arrived a short while later. Thank you, Douglas! I believe their names were Ralph and Francisco. They were very nice and very professional. They had to use pick axes and shovels but they got out every bit of the stumps and roots of large shrubs that had been in place for 20 years! The put in some nice new soil. Then Francisco carried a very heavy plant and planter from the back yard to the front on his shoulder! Pretty amazing! They dug a nice large hole for the pittosporum and were very careful to plant it so that it looked just right. They cleaned everything up and it looked wonderful! Then they pruned several severely overgrown mugo pines. I was very concerned about doing this because I was afraid they'd end up looking sparse afterwards. These guys really know what they're doing. The shrubs look fantastic! I couldn't believe they could look that nice! And, of course, they cleaned up everything afterwards. There was not a leaf or any dirt left anywhere. I was very impressed, and I'm a pretty critical person. I have their card and will not hesitate to call them again if I need any kind of landscaping service. Highly recommended!
