"The crew arrived prepped and ready. They were fast and courteous and respectful of all the obstacles they had to work around. The tree was big and had a heavy lean towards our neighbor, and had a bad crack in a “Y” section that was only another ice storm from disaster. We were impressed with a decent Estimate for the work and the speediness of getting scheduled for the work too! The office manager was helpful and understood what I was asking about and the Arborist was very knowledgeable. The guy that climbed the tree, slung himself in safely and then cut everything was very careful to not cause damage to anything nearby! They also even swept-up the patio and pathway before leaving! Our neighbor was impressed enough that he hired them for some extensive work that he needed done in his yard! Very impressed and extremely thankful we hired them instead of trying to tackle the task on our own! A very tough job that was finished SAFELY in one day! Thankyou! ?"

I was impressed with how invested he was in saving our trees. Other companies we contacted were encouraging us to remove the trees. Even to the point of saving a sapling shoot that was sprouting from the remaining birch stump in hopes that a new tree would result. The bid was very reasonable. "Douglas came out and gave me an estimate and said he would do the work the next day. Unfortunately, it rained. He left me a message a couple of days later telling me that 2 men were on the way and they arrived a short while later. Thank you, Douglas! I believe their names were Ralph and Francisco. They were very nice and very professional. They had to use pick axes and shovels but they got out every bit of the stumps and roots of large shrubs that had been in place for 20 years! The put in some nice new soil. Then Francisco carried a very heavy plant and planter from the back yard to the front on his shoulder! Pretty amazing! They dug a nice large hole for the pittosporum and were very careful to plant it so that it looked just right. They cleaned everything up and it looked wonderful! Then they pruned several severely overgrown mugo pines. I was very concerned about doing this because I was afraid they'd end up looking sparse afterwards. These guys really know what they're doing. The shrubs look fantastic! I couldn't believe they could look that nice! And, of course, they cleaned up everything afterwards. There was not a leaf or any dirt left anywhere. I was very impressed, and I'm a pretty critical person. I have their card and will not hesitate to call them again if I need any kind of landscaping service. Highly recommended!
