RAMOS CLEAN UP

My son says that the job was done very well. I truly liked Douglas. He is very kind and professional. I am looking forward to working with him in the future.

Excellent company that maintained my house in Portland while I was living out of state for a few years. The crew always did a great job and were easy to communicate with. They will fix fences, if needed, and clean gutters. I hired them because my neighbor across the street had such a nice yard and she used them. 10/10.

Douglas was responsive, polite and punctual. He was able to start sooner than anticipated and he and his crew basically performed a miracle on my yard. Douglas even worked around my bee hives and problem solved with me on how to protect both the bees and the crew when they needed to use machines near the hives (cheesecloth and duct tape with a sheet over the hives). I've been fighting the blackberries for years and I thought it was a losing battle. I've hired Ramos Clean Up before and I'll hire them again if I ever need to because the quality and price can't be beat. My husband had gotten a couple different quotes and was even told by one business that he didn't know if his crew would do the job. Ramos Clean Up is worth every penny. I am so unbelievably happy.

Douglas and crew worked hard, in the pouring rain, and got the job done. 4 guys, 3 days. Too much for me to handle so glad they did the job for me.

Nice job of mowing, cut close so it won’t grow so fast. Very good job of weeding in main area. Smaller area has crab grass so already growing back since roots weren’t pulled as well.

Douglas was super responsive, quick and did quality work. He also connected us with people to fix a damaged bath tub and carpet cleaning within 24 hours. Very pleased with his work.

Teresa came by to give me a bid on the clean up. She had already cleaned an apt. I explained what needed to be done and that the new people were moving in on Sat. She jumped right in, got on the phone, called her crew and started. 5. 5 hours later, 6 people and the place is beautiful. I was so impressed with her that I am hiring her husband to do the yard clean up also. Professional, fast, knows her business inside and out. Hire this company! She also does chemical free cleaning for people who have problems.

Excellent....they were early, efficient, and worked well as a group....each man had a job to do and did it without a lot of discussion or goofing off. These guys knew what they were doing and stayed all day until it was finished. I will definitely hire them again.

Did everything we agreed upon. Clearly discussed adjustments, extras. Weeding and trimming was not as clean as expected.

Perfectly. I did not give the crew a lot of guidance, just get everything a way from the house. They immediately returned my inquiry message, made a same day estimate and started the next day. They arrived on time and finished according to their projection.

Two crew members actually showed up a day ahead of schedule to begin work, with the full crew arriving the second day. We were told that the job would include the removal of three trailer loads of yard debris, but unfortunately they left a large (taller than me) pile of debris in the back yard at the end of the second day. I did call and speak to Doug about this issue; he told me that he would get someone out to clean it up but that has yet to occur.

Our first experience was Amazing! We had a lot of work that needed to be done for a re-finance. Our deck looked Brand New when they where done, the whole property looked better than it ever had. They did a wonderful job on everything we asked them to do. Then we had them clean the interior of the house, and they did such a good job we hired them to do regular house clean up. We continue to do business with them, they have always been fair, punctual, thorough.

We had flooding in our back yard and under our house because a root had grown in our pipe and water was not draining. I called Douglas, he came out the same day to check it out and it was completed the next day. He also checked all drains and gutters to make sure everything was flowing properly.

I called for an estimate and Douglas came out the same day to discuss the job. He then scheduled the work for the next day. He was very easy to talk to, and asked appropriate questions about the scope of work. The crew showed up the next day, on time, and were all very pleasant and seemed to work exceptionally well together. Everybody knew what to do and the all went about the work, despite sometimes driving rain that soaked them all. They remained in good spirits ( i heard them laughing and joking) and worked steadily and productively the whole time they were here. Everything I'd asked for was done, and the yard looked GREAT! I would definitely hire them again, and plan on asking them to service my yard next spring for regular maintenance. A very pleasant and hard-working team.....I felt lucky to have found them!

Initial contact was prompt and friendly. The crew showed up and worked hard, laughing and singing (Love it!). The initial job consisted of cleaning out a bunch of weeds, blackberries, and trimmings. They laid down bark dust and blew off the pavement and deck. They now come out semi-monthly and mow and pull weeds.

Douglas, quoted job for landscaping, was very prompt in returning messages, came out discussed project in detail, was professional and on time. We have to wait to perform work do to budget but will call them for the job later.

Douglas came out and gave me an estimate and said he would do the work the next day. Unfortunately, it rained. He left me a message a couple of days later telling me that 2 men were on the way and they arrived a short while later. Thank you, Douglas! I believe their names were Ralph and Francisco. They were very nice and very professional. They had to use pick axes and shovels but they got out every bit of the stumps and roots of large shrubs that had been in place for 20 years! The put in some nice new soil. Then Francisco carried a very heavy plant and planter from the back yard to the front on his shoulder! Pretty amazing! They dug a nice large hole for the pittosporum and were very careful to plant it so that it looked just right. They cleaned everything up and it looked wonderful! Then they pruned several severely overgrown mugo pines. I was very concerned about doing this because I was afraid they'd end up looking sparse afterwards. These guys really know what they're doing. The shrubs look fantastic! I couldn't believe they could look that nice! And, of course, they cleaned up everything afterwards. There was not a leaf or any dirt left anywhere. I was very impressed, and I'm a pretty critical person. I have their card and will not hesitate to call them again if I need any kind of landscaping service. Highly recommended!

We told Douglas what we needed on the phone and the next day he was giving us a quote in our yard. Two days after we received the quote for our project his crew was out in our yard completing it. They built a concrete brick wall around a flower bed, spread hemlock bark-dust around our back yard and both side yards and removed a tree and another tree stump. They worked diligently and moved rapidly from one task to another and got the whole project completed quite quickly. The crew, (all 5 family members) worked well together, were very efficient in their tasks and friendly. They did an excellent job with all we requested, put all yard decorations and stepping stones back into their original place and cleaned up the yard, patio and walkways so nothing appeared to change except the great appearance! We are very happy with their work ethic and skills and plan to hire them again as they will be doing some indoor room painting for us soon.

I pointed out that the bamboo barrier was incorrectly placed and that the runners would migrate to the neighbors yard. Gregory made the correction by placing an additional barrier that is five to six inches above ground. I am satisfied and I thank him for the work. Gregory was quick to come back to do the work.

Bamboo barrier broken and under the surface allowing the bamboo shoots to migrate to neighbors lawn. Lawn was esentially overplayed previous lawn. Lumpy and uneven. Price for the lawn not in line with the work. Douglas has a crew of inexpienced workers.
