The arborist, Diane Gurley, arrived on Tuesday within 15 minutes of the start of the window of time. She immediately sized up the problems, issues, and my concerns. She was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Diane gave me an estimate within 10 minutes, which I accepted. It sounded like the company was working about two weeks out. I was very surprised to receive a phone call the following afternoon from Evergreen's scheduler offering me the opportunity to have the work done the following day. Hallelujah! On Thursday afternoon three men arrived 30 minutes BEFORE the window of time, which pleased me. Within 20 minutes removal of my two, 25-foot trees was completed from start to finish, i.e., including cleanup. The gentlemen were a well-coordinated, well-choreographed team. I especially appreciated that they were respectful and careful not to trample the plants in my flower beds. Their cleanup was excellent. I highly recommend Evergreen Tree Service.

They were late, however I appreciated the fact that they showed up and did the job well! I was happy it wasnt way lay to another day. They apologized and were friendly. I would give them another try for sure.

Good the job was don’t on time and as expected

We all joined together as a neighborhood and took down trees at four houses. The company offered great advice, did the job when they said they would and cleaned up the mess. We’ve used them before and we’ll use them again.

Overall was really good. The trees look amazing but when bringing the branches around front .. they dragged them and they rub hard against the side of the house. Wasn't a fan of that

The crew showed up right on time, were very expert in the approach and technique, took all necessary safety precautions for themselves and my property. They actually took somewhat longer than originally estimated, but the price was same as originally quoted. They left the job site clean and tidy. They were very accommodating in what to do with the cut up wood (in stove wood lengths) and left the chips in a pile where I had requested. The crew foreman was very professional and did an exceptional job of taking down a broken trunk of the tree and climbing to extreme heights in the other trees to prune branches and lessen the load in the upper canopy. Very satisfied. Will definitely use them again.

Everyone involved from getting the quote to scheduling to performing the service was responsive, friendly and professional. The work was completed as expected and the yard was left spotless.

Very professional and easy people to work with. Arborist first came to inspect and evaluate the job to be done. On the day of the project they arrived on time and walked through the project again with the workers and the arborist. Job done was excellent and the clean up was great.

I purchased an Angieslist special - 3 people & a truck for half a day for $900. Evergreen was very communicative, calling me several times, while I waited (they were booked out a month in advance & needed an arborist to come out first to assess the trees as well). When they did come out, they did an amazing job at trimming, removal, and cleaning up after themselves. They were also very nice. Only negative is that they forgot to leave me wood chips, which I asked twice for.

A very professional grinder operator had to maneuver in a tight location. Was successful in not excavating a 5/8 I.R. Surveyor's marker close to the stump while avoiding large rocks. We appreciate him preserving that monument for us.

Excellent work

The team at Evergreen showed up on time, reviewed the notes from our initial meeting with the Arborist, verified my contact info in case anything unexpected came up, and went to town. When I came home hours later, I was shocked and delighted. Our yard has never looked so good! Our trees look healthy and cared for and they even cleaned up around the base of the trees leaving no evidence they were ever there. I was worried they wouldn't be able to get their equipment into our backyard, but they did so without a hitch. I couldn't believe how much it changed our whole yard. It is brighter and more welcoming. All around a great experience! I wish I had done it years before.

I don’t remember, but I think the pricing was pretty fair. Their professionalism was good. I think there were 3 or 4 guys that came out. They were here for the full day.

It went well. They left the tree rounds, so now I have fire wood for the winter.
