The tree was big and had a heavy lean towards our neighbor, and had a bad crack in a “Y” section that was only another ice storm from disaster. The office manager was helpful and understood what I was asking about and the Arborist was very knowledgeable. The guy that climbed the tree, slung himself in safely and then cut everything was very careful to not cause damage to anything nearby! They also even swept-up the patio and pathway before leaving!
