"Carlos went above and beyond what we were expecting. He was not happy with how the pressure washer alone was doing the stamped concrete, so he rented a special attachment (like a large circular floor scrubber) and used that first and then pressure washed. Was here most of the day. We mainly wanted the dirt and moss/mildew/algae/green stuff removed, no staining of the deck or sealing of the concrete to be done by him. He did an EXCELLENT job. We have hired his company before -- to paint the outside of our house -- and they did a very good job then, also. I highly recommend him and his company."

"Samantha was responsive in providing a painting quote. We got several quotes and it was the most thorough and reasonably priced. Some siding needed to be replaced and her carpenter quickly gave a separate quote for repairing this. We were traveling and they were flexible in working around our schedule. Ben the carpenter did a great job replacing dry rotted siding and a fence. There was one issue and he quickly resolved it. The paint crew led by Esteban did a quality job. They were thorough in the cleaning and other preparation. I noticed a missed spot or two, but they got back to these on their own without a mention from me. "Tyler and crew did an amazing job from bid to finish.  They told me to
call if I saw any issues, I looked around closely and they had missed a
couple of spots on a gutter and under they awning (which was only
visible from inside the house), but came back promptly to fix the issue
when I called.  Job was on house with lead based paint, so they scraped
but could not sand.  We did not explore full removal because paint was
generally in decent shape, only one side of house needed moderate
scraping.  Excellent service and quality of work was exceptional.

"We requested quotes from four contractors to paint our single-level 1,300 square foot house and 8'x12' shed. Not only was Ric the only one to respond, but he emailed us less than an hour after we requested quotes and came over that same day...and it was on a Sunday. Talk about a great first impression! He sent his quote the very next day, and it was about what we expected to pay. We are very happy with the work that Ric and his crew did. Ric is very personable and professional. He listened to what we had to say, and made some recommendations such as caulking the siding where necessary, which we agreed to have him do. His crew came over a couple of days before they were scheduled to start work to pressure-wash our house and shed. The actual painting took only two days, and there is absolutely no overspray or paint drips on the concrete or on our deck. They cleaned up after themselves and the house looks brand new. We've already referred them to two friends who are thinking about having their houses painted next year."
