He was not happy with how the pressure washer alone was doing the stamped concrete, so he rented a special attachment (like a large circular floor scrubber) and used that first and then pressure washed. Was here most of the day. We mainly wanted the dirt and moss/mildew/algae/green stuff removed, no staining of the deck or sealing of the concrete to be done by him. He did an EXCELLENT job. We have hired his company before -- to paint the outside of our house -- and they did a very good job then, also. I highly recommend him and his company."

Some siding needed to be replaced and her carpenter quickly gave a separate quote for repairing this. We were traveling and they were flexible in working around our schedule. Ben the carpenter did a great job replacing dry rotted siding and a fence. There was one issue and he quickly resolved it. The paint crew led by Esteban did a quality job. They were thorough in the cleaning and other preparation. I noticed a missed spot or two, but they got back to these on their own without a mention from me.
