"Carlos went above and beyond what we were expecting. He was not happy with how the pressure washer alone was doing the stamped concrete, so he rented a special attachment (like a large circular floor scrubber) and used that first and then pressure washed. Was here most of the day. We mainly wanted the dirt and moss/mildew/algae/green stuff removed, no staining of the deck or sealing of the concrete to be done by him. He did an EXCELLENT job. We have hired his company before -- to paint the outside of our house -- and they did a very good job then, also. I highly recommend him and his company."

"From the start to finish they were very professional and friendly.  During the initial meeting for an estimate they spent a lot of time looking at all areas of the outside and used a ladder to check on some spots.  Other companies didn't even walk around the house.  They were very helpful in picking out colors and explained in detail the different types of finishes available.  We have a chimney that had been painted before and was  peeling.  They gave us good information on what could be done about it and ultimately we went with one of their suggestions and have not been sorry.    Cleanup was done every day before they left and it was done nicely.   When they encountered problems, they always stopped and discussed options with us.  We have an architectural feature on the front of the house and they were more than willing to paint it different ways until we found what we liked.  The only complaint we have is that they didn't sand more.  They scraped, but the paint did bubble in areas.  However they come out and repair the bubbles as needed free of charge.  I would definitely use them again."

He listened to what we had to say, and made some recommendations such as caulking the siding where necessary, which we agreed to have him do. The actual painting took only two days, and there is absolutely no overspray or paint drips on the concrete or on our deck. They cleaned up after themselves and the house looks brand new.
