"Overall, my experience was very good. The person who helped me with my quote was responsive and personable. We did have some communication issues regarding some of the items we wanted moved. We crews that helped us with the physical move worked very hard and provided solutions when issues came up. The single recommendation I could provide to anyone is be 100% sure everything you want to move is on the digital inventory at least 5 days before moving day. The day of the move, I found things were missing on the digital inventory even though we talked about it."

"This is the third time that I hired Royal Moving. Several years ago, they helped us moved from one location in LA to another location in LA. The move was so smooth that I went back to them in late spring of this year in the middle of the first peak with the pandemic. Because of the covid-19 pandemic, we decided not to be physically present. They went into the apartment, boxed everything themselves and stored a fully furnished 1 bedroom with full kitchen and living room amount of stuffs. We more recently in late October had them moving everything into a house in the Bay Area. The house is situated on a hill with a flight of stairs. Moving us in was a true superman, Serhii. He moved us in effectively and flawlessly. There were a large couch, an entire bedroom set and lots and lots of boxes. Each box was labeled so that we were able to have him place them in the proper room.
