"All Fuel saved the day! I took my stovepipe apart to clean it and did not realize that the top flange slips down the pipe. I thought that I had pushed the pipe up through the ceiling support box! Had a roofer out who assessed from topside and told me it looked good up there. I called around to other businesses and they “required” a tier 2 inspection for a cost of $359 and additional charge to come back out. All Fuel had me send photos and advised me that the pipe was fine and that I just needed to pull the end of the pipe upward to reconnect! Free of charge! They are reputable and honest and empathetic. "Showed up at 9:40 for 9:40 appointment. Job took 30 min. 2 workers. Nathan answered all my questions about the job and related fireplace issues. Happy to report that he stated when he didn't know the answer in depth, but suggested what may be the source of effects. The job was done quickly, professionally and cleanly. Quoted a list of optional improvements (chimney cap, brick cleaning/seal) and repairs (cement flue cap replacement) that should be considered, but that they not a limitation to safe usage of the fireplace. I would hire again."

"I've worked with Evergreen since we purchased our home in 2020. They've done a multitude of projects for us, the most recent being installing an entirely new HVAC system (two units inside and out). They are on time, friendly, courteous, and very professional. They even put up with our rather high-strung little poodle. We had multiple companies bid our job, and we chose Evergreen both because we knew they would do a good job and stand behind their products. "The whole experience started off well we need a fireplace that was leaning falling removed. James suggested that we put in a wood stove that?s what we agreed upon this job came out to around $20,000. He did not come prepared with his own tools. He told us that it would take a weeks time it took multiple weeks time we reached out to him on January 22 of 2025 and here We are May 6 of 2025. We still have not got our inspection. He stated that we could call for it, but we had paid him for it on top of that he got the permits from the county instead of the city. The work that he did was not the work that we had discussed. He told us that he would have a general contractor come in to close the house up inside it he did not. He had one of his workers do it. The work is Shawty. The guy did the best job he could. James does not work well with his employees or his co-owners. This whole experience has been horrible."

"My husband and I love to have our first cup of coffee in the morning watching the wild birds eating suet outside the window while we sit in front of our toasty gas fireplace! When ours started having problems igniting in the morning, I called a trusted Heating company "Wilfert Heating and Air Conditioning" knowing he did not do gas fireplaces but figuring I could trust he would recommend someone as trustworthy as he. He gave me the name "Allen The Fireplace Guy". I called and made an appointment with Joanie. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. Allen came at the appointed time and carefully set about to investigate our problem. He was greeted by the roar of barking from our 3 rescue dogs and didn't blink! He came in and knew at once what the problem was. He fixed our furnace and cleaned and polished it up. When I looked at the fire, I felt like I had just cleaned a pair of dirty glasses and could see again. Beautiful Job! I said I wanted to have him start coming every year and he said if I called in May June or July there is a $70 discount! So I said ok this coming July I will call and make an appt for a maintenance check up. And here comes the best part....... He said No!! Wait until the following year! You wont need service that soon! ........ Now.... how honest is that!! I am so glad I never have to worry again about my fireplace! I can always count on Allen to be honest and always do a terrific job!! He should change his name to Allen The Honest FIreplace Guy!"

No work was actually done obviously. But thanks to his lack of communication I was able to do business with excellent fireplace company - Refiners - they are so good they don't even charge you if they can't fix it."
