Patrick installed a new gas fireplace insert for me last winter. I was immediately impressed when he identified the 20 year old insert which had no visible manufacturer label. With an unusually hot summer in the Northwest I decided to consider installing an air conditioner. I called Patrick and he gave me an appointment time for early the next week. After a few days and on the eve of another hot stretch I decided to have it installed. Patrick was able to install it the next week just as the heat wave ended. But now I am ready. Patrick was always punctual and very responsive. Estimate included a return customer discount and guarantee on his work. One evening he called me at 7p because he promised to call me back that day. I think he knows his stuff and I won't hesitate to call him again for heating or AC needs.
