"The technician, Mike, was really great. Very down to earth. He worked efficiently and let me know when he ran into anything unusual (like the lack of metal ductwork in the area running along my ceiling...just a tube of insulation). I've lived in the home 3 years and knew the former owner had a few animals and had run into tough financial times. Even though I've been diligent about changing the filter on my old furnace, I was expecting Mike to tell me how dirty the ducts were. Turns out they were in good shape unlike many homes he enters. That was reassuring. I also found booking the appointment very easy and to the point - no big sales pitch there. I would definitely have them back."

"The natural gas openings in the fireplace were clogged up.phil and co did a full cleanup and maintenance and also spray painted the fireplace walls to prevent corrosion issues in future.tge maintenance was all done within an hour.phil pulled in the appointment on short notice to accommodate my schedule. They were very prompt and professional and left the place clean after the task."

"Paul came out and met us to see what the project entailed. He then provided us with a very reasonable quote. The office staff worked with us to help pick our choices (they have many fireplaces). After everything was ordered, they set up the installation. The technicians arrived at exactly the time they said they would. Paul accompanied them and they started the job on time. They were very respectful of our home, and they kept us updated with pictures and texts. They were finished on time, and left the place very clean. We highly recommend them and should we have another need for gas piping, chimney maintenance, or similar, they will be the only number we call! Jim and Sandy"
