The thing I liked is he was on time and explained everything. He walked through the process on what was wrong and why they were fixing it. I appreciated that.

They had to come back and place a trim piece because it wasn't fitting, but it turned out perfect. They even delivered chocolate chip cookies to our door, just for doing business with them. Their team was really considerate and they had really good customer relations. They took time to explain what they were doing, and I was really impressed. Had a very nice showroom as well!

It didn't go well. I paid more than I thought I would. The technician came and he tried to do something but the door fell off. They had to order a part for it. I got the deal at $50 and didn't require any sort of maintenance but I ended up paying $250. The punctuality was good.

Our fireplace looks great and works great. Had an issue with our flame going out intermittently, which was completely resolved. Heather did an awesome job. Great service for a good price. Highly recommended.

The appointment was made 1 month in advance and confirmed 4 days before.  On the morning of the appointment, they called the wrong phone number and said they were "double booked and couldn't come at the agreed upon time.  This is a rental and the renter had taken a day off from work to be there, landlord made special arrangements and NO ONE SHOWED.  These people double book, so it's anyone's guess if they are coming.
