They showed me the accumulated debris that was coming out, and fixed a gap that allowed air to be drawn up from the basement around the return. They were very careful when moving furniture to access the ducts, as well. On top of doing a wonderful job, they were the nicest guys imaginable. Since the duct cleaning, there is no longer an odd smell when I turn on the heat, so that was immediately noticeable and a real improvement. I have already noticed less dust on my furniture. "We told Douglas what we needed on the phone and the next day he was giving us a quote in our yard. Two days after we received the quote for our project his crew was out in our yard completing it. They built a concrete brick wall around a flower bed, spread hemlock bark-dust around our back yard and both side yards and removed a tree and another tree stump. They worked diligently and moved rapidly from one task to another and got the whole project completed quite quickly. The crew, (all 5 family members) worked well together, were very efficient in their tasks and friendly.  They did an excellent job with all we requested, put all yard decorations and stepping stones back into their original place and cleaned up the yard, patio and walkways so nothing appeared to change except the great appearance! We are very happy with their work ethic and skills and plan to hire them again as they will be doing some indoor room painting for us soon.
