"I had a small leak that turned out to be a significantly bigger project than I thought. The axiom team was so helpful and explained things along the way. They were very great to work with throughout the twists and turns of this project. They were also the only plumbing company that I found that would cut the concrete, dig out the pipes, replace them, and redo the concrete. All others always needed a second company to come in and help and were much more expensive quotes. I would recommend this company."

Loren was an excellent problem solver and was able to accomodate my request to move the whole soil stack 5 feet to an exterior wall. Very happy with the work. An additional nicety was they had a "build back" guy (Chad) they had available to restore surfaces and paint. Very convenient. Finally, all projects have hiccups... mishaps can happen but I am glad to say Owen was very fair and reasonable to deal with. Overall I highly recommend Henco. "Well, it's fixed. A learning experience ? get many bids and make sure the company wants your business. Pros ? Technicians were polite and respectful of my home while I worked in meetings all day. ? The pooling water issue in the basement was resolved, and the floor is now dry; the work was ultimately completed. ? Initial estimate visit was free, but not thorough ? Senior staff came out later to apologize and review the work. Cons ? Pricing was far higher than industry norms based on later bids. ? Avoidable scope changes and price increases after work began; two other plumbers said the job could have been done as originally quoted. ? Communication issues (delayed quotes, unclear explanations, forgotten site details). ? Work quality/finishing didn?t match the premium price; two professionals asked if we had done the work ourselves. Added pictures because I don't know plumbing, so you decide if you'd want this. ? Extra fees add up: 10% financing fee (Synchrony) and 4% credit card fee."

"I have used this service twice, first to work on finishing the basement in my 1930 house. They did a fabulous job of transforming a drab, cold space into an inviting area. They did everything from giving me a much needed linen c!oset, removing cheap and dated paneling and adding texture and paint to the walls, and turning a dark and scary stairway into a bright and beautiful passage. I rehired them last year to work on my dark and dingy kitchen. It is now a beautiful, world class kitchen. They took out the old false ceiling and now I have beautiful high ceilings. They cabinets were old and varnished but serviceable. I didn't want to destroy them, so Lo's stripped off the old varnish and painstakingly painted them. While they stayed very c!ose to my original plan, they offered advice that helped being the whole kitchen together. My once sad little kitchen is now one of my favorite rooms in the house. I had an old pipe burst earlier this month, causing damage to my beautiful basement. I am in the process of hiring Lo's for the third time.
