"Chris communication is by far better than expected. He is not pushy and gives information and helps you with whatever you need. I needed to upgrade my softener system and he sent me messages monthly to see if I still needed assistance and I knew I needed to replace my system and 2 months later, I was ready and he showed up promptly to give me a free quote and then we set a schedule to install. He showed up on time and installed my system. The part that set sent him apart was he texted me 2 days later to verify everything was good. They have an automated pay system that emails you when job is finished, I payed with PayPal and it was done. If you need help with you water system, choose Chris. You won t be sorry!"

"Hired for a water softener. I love how my water feels and tastes. My hair and skin are so much healthier, actually water at other people’s homes’ gross me out now. I work in healthcare, this is absolutely something I’ll be promoting to my patients and friends. Thanks WATERBIRD!"

"Peacock Water provided rental equipment and water conditioning services for my elderly grandmother's home. The delivery personnel would carry the heavy salt bags downstairs for her, and were always prompt and professional. When we ran into a snag with services, Spencer (Manager) and Timothy Peacock (the owner) worked with me to resolve the matter expediently, professionally, and with great care for our family. This is a great business. I appreciate their help!"

"Scott and Bemer were here at my home today to give me an estimate on a large bathroom remodel. The project would also involved changing the drain and hooking up a new gas line. Both gentlemen were very professional arrived at my house five minutes before my scheduled appointment. Communicated with me through text messaging, which is how I preferred so I would know when they were coming. Their pick up truck was visually marked with their logo as well as their phone number. The project will begin probably within a two month range at my request. Based on today’s visit, they will be hired and I will submit another review after the project is completed."

"They replaced my water heater in a timely and efficient manner"
