  The company vehicle is very clean, and nice looking. The guy that came out was very nice, and knowledgeable. Overall, they seemed like a pretty nice company. Their rates were very reasonable. They were easy to get a hold of over the phone. I called them, and they got right back with me. Within a day or two they set up a time to meet.   They sent me new supply of grass and it died within a couple of months during the summer. The product is no good, it does not do what the company says. I live in northern Ohio and it was not a dry season, the conditions were perfect for growing.

  They were coming on a regular basis and we watched our lawn die, we contacted them and they came back out to fertilize but the situation kept getting worse. Later we found out that they were fertilizing a lawn that had grubs. No one told me it had grubs so by the end of summer we had no lawn at all, completely dead. I called them up and said "you people are supposed to be professionals, you come out and tell me everything is ok and its dead". Someone comes out a fertilizes a dead lawn. What was the point? The guy said "give me a chance to come out and make it right" and he talked me into it. The following spring it was the same situation again. They were all set to fertilize and I said "no, the whole lawn needed to be re-seeded". I told them to get out and not come back and that was pretty much how that ended. I would give them an F plus rating but for a while it was great. I would not use them again, not on your life. It was a nightmareshow more

  TruGreen came out and gave us an estimate and told us what they were going to do and promised that they would take care of all of our "weed" problems and make our grass look beautiful. As a matter of fact - they contacted us as we had our home up for sale, and said that Curb appeal would help sell our home. Well - we are still in our home! 1. They burnt our lawn and I have absolutely no idea what they did but we had MORE weeds than we did from the start. 2. They do NOT stand by there word. One salesperson will tell you one thing and then the other will tell you something else. 3. They hound you and hound you and you ask to be off their call list and that you absolutely do not want their services, yet they continue to call. 4. Although they ruined my lawn I still had to pay them. What a rip off!!!! 5. They even tried calling us for the past 2 years wanting our servicesshow more
