S.D.S Plumbing and Drain LLC

SP came to perform an Install, Repair, or Replace Plumbing or Fixtures project because a previous company had done the job poorly. The homeowner mentions that they were nice guys, but after finishing the project, she noticed damages to their new products. Some of the damages include a hole in the toilet, deep scratches on the washer floor, damage to the brand-new shower board, and the air vent was connected to the chimney. She has tried to contact them over the last 4 months since, despite these issues, what she needs most are two receipts for the work done. However, they have not answered her calls for approximately the last 2 months. Already paid 5400 dollars to the SP.

They were wonderful! Friendly, courteous, I would hire them again if I ever have any plumbing problems.

Scott and Michael were fabulous! They were straight and up front with the cost and what the job in detail needed to be done . Very polite and even went out of their way to help me move heavy boxes that didn’t have anything to do with plumbing . Great guys, And wonderful to work with
