We provide residential maintenance, repair and remodeling services, specializing in emergency plumbing & heating installation and repair, basement finishing and kitchen/bathroom remodels.

"I paid Mr. Phomalee $1275 to do some bathroom remodeling work that he'd initially stated he'd be able to begin between Christmas and New Years this past December. After not showing up at that time, he proceeded to promise that work would begin on eight separate dates, missing all of them. During this time I received no communication from Mr. Phomalee unless I initiated it, and when I did he made an excuse related to his vehicle or family each time. Finally, I informed Mr. Phomalee that I needed him to return the funds paid to him as it had become clear he had no intention of doing the work for which he had been contracted. He informed me at that time that his previous excuses had been lies, that he had used the money I'd paid him for gambling, and that he most recently had not been able to due the work because he'd been trying to secure a loan to cover "the bad checks [he] had written to gamble so [he] didn't go to jail". So, I'm now in a position where I've had an unusable shower for two months, and will be forced to seek legal action against Mr. Phomalee to attempt to recover my money."

"Do not do business with Mr. Level Stay away from Kyle Mr. Level Lousy ,unprofessional. Did not level properly. Reported issue and his employee came 07/02/2025 and spilled caulk all over pebble stones did lousy caulking instead of leveling the slab. Third time Kyle came 10/14/2025 ,showed him uneven slabs and caulk spilled by his employee and lousy work. He started to accused me of spilling caulking. Do not do business with Mr. Level"

We hired Dave and his crew to demo our existing deck and rebuild a wraparound Azek deck, including new footers. Dave promised a quote within two days of meeting with us (compared to two weeks or even a month with other contractors) and delivered on his promise. Likewise, when we made changes to the project, he provided a revised quote within two days. He was, to say the least, incredibly responsive from beginning to end. Dave and his crew arrived early every day to begin work at daybreak. They diligently worked outside in inclement weather nonstop each day. I was actually happy to see them break for lunch. When they ran into unexpected obstacles due to the unorthodox construction of our home, they effectively problem-solved, kept us advised, and effortlessly pushed through. The finished product is beautiful. We absolutely love our new deck. Many thanks to Dave and his crew. If you’re looking for a contractor, don’t hesitate - hire him!"
