Joseph Schneider came out to provide a quote for the job. He came on time and was courteous. There is no way of getting plumbing done cheaply so I think the price is pretty reasonable considering its plumbing. Michael Gundi came out to replace the kitchen sink pipes and trap. He did an excellent job. Mr. Rooter should be proud to have him as a service technician. He was prompt, courteous, and provided valuable advice. I wish I could give him ten stars. I would use them again.

So, funny story. I called Mr. Rooter to repair a water heater they installed 3 years ago. Response was very prompt. After a failed attempt at repair, I mentioned that this unit was still under warranty. Their response? According to the serviceman, his boss says (paraphrasing): Oh, well we dont normally carry that line of water heater. We dont know where we got them from and we dont know how they handle their warranties, so here, call these other guys. In other words, we f**ked up, we installed it, it is broke and we are not going to do anything about it. You are on your own. Needless to say, I am not pleased. I have nothing bad to say about the serviceman. He was professional, polite and sympathetic. I even offered to pay for part of the cost of a new install, and they were like, nope not interested. Mr. Rooter has been the first company I call since 2013. I dont think thats going to happen anymore. From 5 stars to 1 star in 3 years. Impressive.

My Pro was very good, he knew his job & paid attention to detail. He explained to me various parts that was needed & what needed to be done. This was an old house so it took different things to be done. Very good job, efficient , friendly, & knowledgeable.

Had a positive experience. Submitted request for storm drain block and Mr.Rooter responded the following day, first thing in the morning. I even had a tech show up to provide a quote same day. We scheduled the work for the following week and the technician arrived on time and they were able to resolve my issue in an hour. Shout-out to Kyle and Garret. They were very professional, friendly and helpful.
