The fence in our yard was very old and falling over and we needed it replaced sooner than later, especially since we have three dogs. Chris was great to work with. He was incredibly professional, punctual, and kept me in the loop. He and his partner, Phil, worked quickly and got the fence torn down and replace for us with a quick turnaround without sacrificing quality and attention to detail. Very happy with how this project went from start to finish!

Our very old house needed several exterior doors replaced. One of the doors was discovered to have major issues with years of moisture and rot. Chris and Phil took great care to make sure the job was done right! We are very pleased with our doors and the fantastic professionalism of Chris and Phil.

Chris nd his crew did an amazing job building our new wood fence! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and clearly take pride in their work. The fence looks fantastic — sturdy, straight, and beautifully finished. They paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was secure (which was especially important since we have a curious beagle who loves to explore!). The whole process was smooth, on schedule, and the job site was spotless when they finished. Chris and his team did an amazing job. This was the second time I used their services and I'll use them again when needed. Their work was meticulous. They were timely in their arrival time and made sure everything was neat and in order when they departed for the day. CDJ Remodeling did a great job power washing the exterior of our two story home. They also removed all 22 shutters and sanded and repainted them- removed cleaned and replaced them freshly painted. . Very professional - kept us informed - took before and after pictures !

Well, trees fall sometimes and one fell and destroyed a large section of our fence. Once we had the tree removed we found this company and the job is done... already!! Unfortunately, it was a rainy day but they worked through it and got the job done! Excellent customer service!!!!

I could not be happier with the work done! Every person who helped paint the house was professional and caring. They listened if I had a concern and addressed anything immediately. They gave me advice on the accent colors and cleaned up the area every night. Definitely a five star rating!!

Chris did a great job power washing my house and driveway. He also scrubbed my gutters to get the black streaks off. Wonderful job! Great communication, friendly and prompt service. Great results.

Project was started and completeled in timeframe given. Very professionally done by courteous workers. Chris was on top of everything and keep us informed of anything we asked about. I would highly recommend them to do any project you have. We will be calling him first for any other project we have at our 34 condos. He was very honest and did not have any problems with Chris and his crew.

Job well done

The CDJ team did a great job building us a large hybrid fence (part privacy and part cattle panel). Early on, I sent Chris some photos of what we had in mind for the cattle wire panel section, and he said ?no problem!? The team built exactly what we asked for, and we were impressed by their attention to detail. They did a complete tear-down of our old fence on a Monday, and had the new one - complete with five gates - finished by Saturday, even with a thunderstorm delay. These guys are great, do beautiful work, and really know their stuff! Also, we had decided to splurge on cedar posts, because carpenter bees had turned some of our previous fence posts into Swiss cheese. They made two separate supply runs to get us the thirty-four cedar posts required, which we really appreciate. We are extremely happy with our fence, an outstanding value, and highly recommend CDJ Remodeling. And we look forward to working with them on future projects.

Chris recently repaired our damaged vinyl fence as a result of a fallen tree. He was able to remove the tree and replace the section of fence very quickly and very reasonably priced.

We are very happy with the painting of our bedroom. Beautiful work, on time, very efficient, asked to use things , cleaned up after, very good price with paint included absolutely no complaints…..would hire them again in a heartbeat!

First of all I contacted several contractors and I chose CDJ Remodeling because they followed up several times. They were not the lowest price. They were thorough and did an outstanding job. My house was really clean and looked great ! Both my wife and I were really pleased. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

The dynamic duo of Chris Montell and Jessica Sen did an excellent job of replacing the shower doors that the previous contractor installed incorrectly, which cause water leakage and the floors to be rotted. They also painted the bathroom and replaced the floors. I've already recommended them to a friend.

Chris was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable about the fence he was here to install. They put us on the schedule right away. They came & worked so hard every day until it was done. Always on time & got the fence done in record time for the holidays. & his pricing was also the best of all our estimates. Made a great choice using his services.

Chris was super efficient and charged us a fair price, we were so happy with how quick the project was from start to finish.
