"The price was double the quote due to us having an unusually large tank. They explained clearly why and apologized for the inconvenience as well as noted we could not flush out the additional tank."

Customers say: Quick response

"called right away and let me know he would be there in the afternoon. Started getting worried around 2 pm when I hadn't heard from them. I messaged Andrew and he called me back right away and let me know he was still coming. He found our septic tank and pumped. unfortunately, that didn't solve our plumbing issues. He tried to snake out the toilet but no help. He tried so hard to take care of our issues but in the end it is a plumbing issue and not a septic issue so we ended up having to call a plumber. Would highly recommend for any septic issues or pumping!"

"I had water running down the walls from a pipe in the bathroom. So i needed someone quick and late in the evening. Thus company sent someone out within a couple hrs and had the problem fixed fast. He was very polite and professional. The price did seem a little high to just remove the toilet and snake the line $250.00 but not sure im not a plumber so ill let u decide. It was also last min so they may have factored in on the price as well. Overall i am happy and would use them again"

"Explained every step and answered our questions. Very honest, trustworthy, and dependable. We had complete confidence in their ability to do the job correctly. Replaced drain lines under our back slab patio. Had all the necessary tools to detect where the leak was located."

Septic Tanks questions, answered by experts

A septic tank always has some amount of liquid in it—which should usually be 8 to 12 inches from the top of the tank. If the liquid level is higher than that or is overflowing the drainage pipe that leads out to the leach field, the tank may be too full and in need of pumping.

There are three layers of wastewater in a septic tank: scum (solid waste that floats to the top of the wastewater), liquid (the relatively clean liquid wastewater in between the two other layers), and sludge (solid waste that falls to the bottom of the wastewater). The buildup of sludge is one of the main reasons septic tanks need to be pumped. If the tank is more than 1/3 of the way full with a combination of sludge and scum, it’s time to call a pro for pumping.

Septic tanks naturally have bacteria that break down some of the solid waste in the septic tank. However, sludge buildup is just part of owning a septic system. While liquid wastewater can be filtered and treated through the system, a septic tank company has to pump the septic tank out at least every few years.

Yes! Toilet paper can be flushed if you use a septic tank. While unique toilet papers designed to be used with septic tanks are available, many people have no problem flushing regular toilet paper with a septic tank, so long as you don’t flush too much toilet paper all at once. Do not flush any type of baby wipes or bathroom wipes, even if they say “flushable.”

A new water well pressure tank costs $300 to $500. If you choose to hire a plumber for the job, expect labor to cost $125 to $200. If the tank is difficult to access, labor will cost more. Diaphragm and bladder well pressure tanks have similar costs. One-compartment well pressure tanks are less costly, but they have a higher chance of waterlogging. Larger pressure tanks cost more and hold more water, but they don’t increase water pressure.
