Litescapes Outdoor Lighting provides design and installation service of low voltage architectural and landscape lighting systems. Most outdoor lighting contractors will likely fall into one of two categories: 1. A national franchise or 2. A landscape or lawn sprinkler company. Litescapes is different since outdoor lighting is our only focus. As the owner, I am involved in every installation project. With over 30 years of experience in the green industry, I am experienced in all facets of landscape/construction and how they relate to outdoor lighting systems. We aren't burdened by constraints of a national franchise or burdened by distractions of a contractor whose focus extends beyond lighting. "Kirk was great!! He listened to what my wife and I were saying and responded very well. We wanted old overgrown shrubs to be removed and replaced with shrubs that would not require much upkeep and trimming. He told us about evergreens that have various hues and sizes. He planted seven shrubs, there are three different hues and one shrub that will grow taller. Then put stone down as dressing for the bed. We could not be happier. A neighbor hired him to work on her landscape after she saw his work. Kirk and Rob were great!!!"

Environmental Landscape Management is a small landscaping and construction company. We conduct business in various areas included but not limited to: Design, mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, mulching, Spring and Fall clean-ups, rock install, ornamental install, aeration, de-thatching, power-washing, concrete, excavating, drainage and more! Our company is desirable because we are a local, small, veteran owned and operated, customer-oriented business. We have over 30 years of experience in this field, and we are dedicated to providing the best quality to our clients.

"He provided a nice design for plantings in the front of the house and did a reasonable installation, a bit late - rain did not help with scheduling. A big tree was removed in the back yard and stump ground by another contractor. Environmental was to remove some of the material and replace with topsoil. Did not happen. He was to prepare and reseed other sections of the back yard. He did not create a good condition for reseeding and the growth was not acceptable. After several e-mails, he did come back and put a small layer of top soil and reseeded. Better grass establishment, but not as good as should be if done properly. Another part of the project was to aerate and overseed the front lawn. This was never done. I made the mistake of paying up front based on the good reviews on Angie's. I ended up taking him to small claims court to get that portion of the money back. If you decides to go with Environmental, provide a detailed scope of work that you want done and it is on proposal."

"The initial consultation was great. Our patio was incorrectly installed and needed to be fixed. John (the owner) and his team did a great job explaining was the errors of the original contractor. They also did a good job with the fix of the patio. The problem is that they broke our sprinkler system, our landscape lighting during the project. Once the patio fix project was complete, John did not respond to most of the text I sent regarding the damage they caused. He did fix the sprinkler system but his team also broke the landscape lighting. It was a severed line which is easy to do. I would have highly rated if they fixed the severed line but he would not respond whenever I reached out."

"Received a consultation from this company in April 2024 for privacy bushed in back of home. His initial professionalism and salesmanship made me decide to use him for our project. We asked they he order and install 8 Juniper bushes for the project. Project install happened on 5/16/24. During the install, landscapers hit a sprinkler line on one of the tree sights. I understand that this happens and is sometimes part of the gig. When I noticed the damage, after the tree was installed, contacted owner. His response “ did you tell them the sprinkler line was there”. My home has water everywhere, and as a matter of fact we changed some of the location due to sprinkler line location. “ You have to tell my guys where the gas line are, and sprinkler lines”. I’m sorry, but I do not know anyone who has a map of sprinkler lines underground. Having said all of that, he said he could call his sprinkler guy, but could not guarantee his work. I than went on YouTube academy and figured it out for the next three days. Our first Juniper died early June and was replaced on 6/15. On this day, owner claims that the island was saturated with water with the tree he was replacing, and that the tree may not survive. That tree is the only tree flourishing. Currently 7/22/24 Four of the eight trees are dying. Owner has relinquished all responsibility to the grower with whom I have not even meant. Frankly, I do not even know who the grower is at this point. He has stated that I must now be in direct contact with grower. This has been the most unprofessional owner post install of service. He was paid in full and has not been honorable. I would proceed with cation and obtain everything in weighting . He is not trustworthy or honorable."
