RAY JOHNSON SEPTIC TANK SERVICE

We have been using Ray Johnson Septic Tank Service for over 30 years to clean our septic tank. It was finally time to replace the tank this year and we couldn't have asked for better service. Eric and his crew were very hardworking and were true to their word on when they would be here and what to expect. They returned every call we made and answered every question we had. We would definitely recommend them!

Mr. Johnson was very helpful in explaining my problem. My husband passed away recently and this was my first experience in dealing with anything to do with the septic system. He had always taken care of it. Mr. Johnson came and assessed what had to be done and then returned within a day to take care of the problems. He was very helpful and sympathetic to my situation.

It went well. They were polite, knowledgeable and prompt. They were willing to answer question.

I called Ray and made the appt .He was prompt. He found problems and called me right away.Since I was at work. He gave solutions to the problems, where to buy the items. He even took out our bad pump and gave us the company name, address and phone number to where to get our pump fixed. Ray also offered to come back and put the pump back in when we get it fixed. I would tell everyone to call Ray to come out and service your septic tank. Great service. Honest guy.
