"My wife and I decided that we needed to convert our tub/shower in the bathroom to a “walk-in” shower. There are a plethora of ads on tv and in circulars for bath remodels, so after checking a few local companies we decided to call Bath Expo first. They have a display at a local Meijer which enabled us to see three model designs. This impressed us because the store is family owned and has a very good reputation in our community. We liked some features from each model, but wondered if they could be combined. Bob was our salesperson.
