In November of 2024, when meeting with the sales point of contact, we had a professional experience. They took about two hours to come out, hear our wants/needs, give us additional ideas, take measurements and put together a quote. We ended up awarding OBA our project Dec 2024, and the project start date was April 2025. Before the project began, it became clear that multiple items from the initial agreement and draft did not make its way to the project team that would actually be handling it. As a result, we had to approve change orders that cost us several thousands of dollars that were not a part of our original quoted figure (but would have been if everything were accurately depicted from the get-go). We were given a verbal estimate of 8-10 weeks to have the project completed (i.e. mid-June/early July 2025), and encountered many delays throughout the"

Scheduled walkthrough- that was cancelled. Started work and had ?issues? that walk through would have found. Blew circuit breaker in workshop of basement, we now need an electrician bc even w replacing the circuit breaker w a new breaker it still turns off. Quotedi time length/ what they would be able to do by salesman- all wrong. Workers say it will be twice as long and what sales man said they could go around they can not.
