Customers say: Quick response

"Matt and his crew at Construction Dynamics built us an inground concrete pool. The biggest decision was who to hire for this large investment. Matt's responsiveness and availability throughout the project is what made him the right choice. His knowledge and experience with building pools is evident from the first conversation, but taking calls and text messages 7 days a week and into the late evening sets him apart. The pool was completed on time, on budget and with excellent quality. Construction Dynamics will be my go to for any future pool builds."

"Brian Kennedy did everything he said he would do and more. Brian was on the job every day early and answered ANY questions we had. Brian and his employee's stayed on schedule even with a rain day. My husband and I were getting estimates and looking for a pool contrator for two years and what really makes Brain stand out is he REALLY works with you and YOUR budget. He does not SELL you what you don't want or need. We have the CL Free system (which we LOVE) no salt or chlorine."

"Great guys and professional. Even though I told them the wrong info about the size of the pool (my bad) they went back and got the correct size cover and had it closed in no time flat. They will be putting a new liner in for me this coming spring. If you are looking for honest people at a reasonable price start here, you won't be sorry."

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

If you can’t find any records online, you’ll need to contact your county clerk’s office to do further research. They should have property records on file, or can at least point you in the right direction of who to contact. You can also speak with your neighbors about when their houses were built because they were likely built around the same time.

Yes, new home construction will always require building permits, no matter where you live. In most cases, you’ll need a general construction permit, along with plumbing and electrical permits for the utility lines in your home. Depending on where you live, you’ll likely find that you also need permits for things like connection to a sewage system or installing exterior components, like decks, driveways, patios, and curb cutouts. Leave navigating the permits required for new home construction to a professional to ensure your home is built legally and safely.

ALTA/ACSM surveys are the most comprehensive type of land survey and, as such, tend to be the most expensive. These surveys have standardized guidelines and reports and are used in many kinds of real estate transactions to ensure consistent and accurate information is available for properties.

The small lines on the tape measure either indicate inches, fractions of an inch, or centimeters and millimeters. On the imperial unit side (aka the inches side), the longest lines indicate inches, followed by the next shortest lines that indicate a half-inch, and then the quarter, eighth, and sixteenth-inch. On the metric side, the lines break down meters, centimeters, and millimeters.

Surveys completed by licensed surveyors can be recorded with a local surveying records office, and in most cases, they will be. Filing survey reports categorize them as legal documents, and they can be used whenever legal documentation of your property’s boundaries is needed. While you’re not required to file survey documents, it’s a good idea to do so.
