Although that means the carpet is wet a little longer than others, it is worth it as shampooing seems to do a little better. My basement carpet looked like it needed to be replaced due to the grime. But Don was able to make the carpet shine. Worth whatever the cost for that type of work."

"We found Downey Clean on Angie's List a few years ago and have now used them multiple times. They do 3 rooms and a hall for $99 and only charge $25 for each additional room or set of stairs. Their cleaning is superior over other companies and their customer service is wonderful. When you call, the staff is very friendly and helpful and you can tell they always answer with a smile. They can usually get you in fairly quick, within a few days, if you are in a crunch too. The guy we have come out was very efficient with his cleaning, personable and friendly with our German Shepherd and cats. We have had pet stains and odors and when he leaves, it's like our carpet has been renewed! Our living room has long shaggy carpet and is very difficult to clean, but he gets it done and it looks beautiful. At one time, he even helped us rescue a large dog! He saw the dog outside and thought our dog had gotten out and made sure to tell me. Long story short, I was able to find the owner from a mile away and get the dog back home.
