Adam C. was at our house a couple of hours later, and we decided to clean the main line with a high-pressure water jet. However, Adam was able to determine with his camera that the problem was not as bad as originally thought, so the water jet was not necessary after all. Adam quickly cleared the line and was able to give us an overview of the pipe structure beneath our nearly 100 year-old house. He was very professional and was ultimately able to repair our problem for about $200 less than what we originally thought it would cost. "Our only toilet in the house was clogged. But not in the toilet it was way down in the line somewhere. I called several plumbers and no one could get to it till after the weekend. It was after hours and I called George's drain left a message and he called me right back. After explaining to him that was the only toilet we had he legitimately seemed like he cared and said that he would be on his way. He showed up about 20 minutes later. Very polite very courteous great attitude. It was quite the job he wasn't able to reach the clog with the normal stuff so it had to bring in the big guns. He had to take out our whole toilet and it's not a normal toilet but he did it I told him just break it and he didn't want to do that. He was here till about 9:30 at night. It took several hours but he did not give up and he fixed it and now it's working great and gave me a 30-day warranty and a call back the next day to see if everything was still okay. This guy is A+++ I would recommend to anybody."

"John arrived at 2:05 Sunday afternoon. John was very professional, and explained what needed fixed and what it would cost. A new toilet and supply alone were needed. He noted what we needed and when out to get it in a half hour. S total of and a half hours, John has everything installed and tested.
