It turns out that it was from our upstairs bathroom toilet (which we were going to replace anyways) The plumber Tyler was super kind and helpful. He fixed our leak and installed the new toilet that I had on my hubby's to do list. I was also surprised about how reasonable their weekend rates were and how fast Tyler got out to us. Thank you again. We will defiantly be calling you back when we have a tankless water heater put in!!!"

"John arrived at 2:05 Sunday afternoon. John was very professional, and explained what needed fixed and what it would cost. A new toilet and supply alone were needed. He noted what we needed and when out to get it in a half hour. S total of and a half hours, John has everything installed and tested. I have had many different plumbers in my life, but I cannot remember anyone who provided such a great service experience with a plumbing problem. Also, everything was left in a very clean manner."

"Sales and installation gentlemen were very nice, informative, and professional. (However, there was a mess in the basement like a powder explosion or something. It came up well for us, though). I did like that they keep your original pipes (if they're in good condition, of course). Other companies replace them with thinner walled pipes. One issue I have is I was told that the system installation came with a 1 yr maintenance agreement and they would replace the filters. I just found out that is not the case. Neither one. There is a follow up to ensure the installation was done correctly, but that's it. Any filters can be replaced if provided by the owner (which can easily be done by the owner). Also, the basement window screen was not put back after installation as they must've used that window to bring in equipment.
