I did like that they keep your original pipes (if they're in good condition, of course). Other companies replace them with thinner walled pipes. One issue I have is I was told that the system installation came with a 1 yr maintenance agreement and they would replace the filters. I just found out that is not the case. Neither one. There is a follow up to ensure the installation was done correctly, but that's it. Any filters can be replaced if provided by the owner (which can easily be done by the owner). Also, the basement window screen was not put back after installation as they must've used that window to bring in equipment.
