He noted what we needed and when out to get it in a half hour. S total of and a half hours, John has everything installed and tested. We had a highly-rated provider in this field spend two hours with the chandelier, only to tell us the wiring was bad and we'd have to run a new, external wire along the ceiling and wall. It took Craig twenty minutes to properly diagnose the problem--and fix it! We've had lots of people look at the bathroom fixture and no one could figure out how the cover came off. Craig figured it out. We're going to be taking the fixture to our new location and we're going to have Craig install it. He's very pleasant to work with.
