The next phone call I received was from Mike (Manager) whom listened to the request for a quote and provided a high overview on the following steps needed for the 200 amp panel box replacement - including potential timeframe for completion. After a quick site visit, Mike took care of setting up the remainder including the permit. A couple days later Scott (Technician) arrived and within 3 hours completed the job - replacing the box, clean-up, and ensuring all connections were up/running. The following day there was one more visit for inspection. Overall, I received plenty communications via email and phone (mobile) from Mr Electric to keep me posted on each step.
