Water Heater Repair or Service
James was great! I would hire them again. He replaced all four outdoor lights as well as shifted a wall thermostat so it wasn’t in the middle of our wall. He spent the extra time needed to get the thermostat done as well as run two separate times to Home Depot to get the equipment he needed. And the price they set was the price I paid as they didn’t charge me additional for the extra time. Thank You! (LOL - water heater wasn’t done, it was the only choice)

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Thank you , Brian Taylor for you excellent service Brian walked in like a BOSS!!! My hot water heater had been out for over a week. He said I can replace it today, He went to the hardware store brought back a quality water heater, he took out the old and installed the new. He left no mess behind including hauling away the old heater, I highly recommend this very respectful hard working man. Thank you Rescue Rooter for sending Brian.

It was a 3 min task that cost me $89 which is known as you alls diagnostic fee. To me $89 is way to high of a price. I was expecting around $59. The $89 is probably standard for just the tech showing up. The technician was an excellent person, very knowledgeable.
