He fixed our leak and installed the new toilet that I had on my hubby's to do list. I was also surprised about how reasonable their weekend rates were and how fast Tyler got out to us. "Our only toilet in the house was clogged. But not in the toilet it was way down in the line somewhere. I called several plumbers and no one could get to it till after the weekend. It was after hours and I called George's drain left a message and he called me right back. After explaining to him that was the only toilet we had he legitimately seemed like he cared and said that he would be on his way. He showed up about 20 minutes later. Very polite very courteous great attitude. It was quite the job he wasn't able to reach the clog with the normal stuff so it had to bring in the big guns. He had to take out our whole toilet and it's not a normal toilet but he did it I told him just break it and he didn't want to do that. He was here till about 9:30 at night. It took several hours but he did not give up and he fixed it and now it's working great and gave me a 30-day warranty and a call back the next day to see if everything was still okay. This guy is A+++

"Great! The plumber who came to our house had 40+ years of experience. He knew exactly how to address our plumbing problems and even educated me on how to easily and simply test for toilet seal leaks and how to keep the kitchen drains and garbage disposal in better condition. I really appreciated that! He worked extra hard at unsticking the garbage disposal blades to save us the cost of purchasing a new one when ours was still in good condition. I felt he treated our house and our plumbing problems with as much care and thought as he would his own. "Visit one-- was from a technician to inspect plumbing--to see if there were any problems. I paid $324 for this whole plumbing inspection The technician indicated ( for a newer addition on the house)-- that the toilet in the bathroom had no vent. He offered to come back the next week and install the vent which he said was the source of serious plumbing problems. He said he had an opening the next week and he could come back and install it-- the cost would be about $7,000. I became somewhat suspicious and called the builder. The builder said of course there was a vent installed. I called back the staff at Mr. Rooter (who are very nice)-- they sent two people out who established that there was a vent installed. They were very concerned and responded in a timely manner. So my experience indicates that this is a good company, nice caring people running it-- but I must have had bad luck with the first technician. That is why I rated the experience B. For the second experience, this was definitely an A company. I'd just caution people to beware any time (and particularly around the holidays)-- if a technician diagnoses big, expensive problems that you have never expected-- and then the technician wants to come back soon and fix your problem for a hefty-cost, that you get a second or third opinion. Again-- I think this is an excellent company, with great caring people who want to make things right. "

"John arrived at 2:05 Sunday afternoon. John was very professional, and explained what needed fixed and what it would cost. A new toilet and supply alone were needed. He noted what we needed and when out to get it in a half hour. S total of and a half hours, John has everything installed and tested. "Services: Unclog drain, Repair toilet, Repair pipe. // Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness // Haines was recommended to me saying they were good at their job. I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."
