My water main cracked at the point where it entered the basement foundation due to the house settling. Luckily the leak was outside the wall and my sump pump kept pace with preventing it from doing damage inside. Eco came promptly, gave me a couple of options. I got quotes from a couple of others, all in the same ballpark. I went with Eco due to their guarantees and my confidence that they could back it up should it be needed. Once I decided to go with them they were able to schedule me promptly and got the job done, putting in a new copper line from the water meter inside my basement out to the city turn-off valve at the sidewalk. They only had to trench about 8' by the sidewalk and were able to pull the line through without disturbing any of my landscaping.

Just too darn expensive. They are great to work with and I hired them several times, but they charge about double what you can get another reliable independent electrician to do.

Spent over 6 hours here and did not charge me since they could not replace my furnace.

Echo plumbing contacted me immediately after I submitted my request was able to set up a appointment for a day convenient to both of us and the techno technician showed up on time as promised went over the project and my options. Pick the option that I thought was best he completed it. Everything went fine andI paid and he left. He is very friendly, professional, and overall very knowledgeable.

Eco Plumbers must be for the rich and famous. Outrageous costs. $960 for things I had a FL plumber do a year ago for about $225. Had to have two different plumbers on two different days. As one didnâ t do valve replacements and the other didnâ t do slow drains. Really?

I wasn't sure it was any emergency, but it turned out to be. Ecoplumbers sent Gene out the same day, and he did a great job. Explained everything clearly, coordinated with my water service, stayed while they completed their work, and installed a new shutoff valve in no time. Very happy and relieved!
