Mr. Stephens was on time and very very polite and courteous. 

Mr. Stephens and his associate, moved within the house very professionally to bring in the materials they needed to remove the old sump pump and to install the new one. Then they did a great job in cleaning up. Also Mr. Stephens took time to explain and to demonstrate the new battery backup sump pump answering all my questions and concerns.

Also he helped repair the pipes for the sink and washer and then installed a new shower head.  

He was so professional and friendly that he will be the plumber for this house for as long as I live here

"Gary returned my initial phone call promptly and came by soon after to inspect the space. He sent me an estimate within 3 days and once I accepted, scheduled the first work day. Gary and his assistant arrived on time and got right to work. Over the course of several days I observed that Gary and Forrest were detail oriented, didn't take shortcuts, and we're very concerned with doing things correctly and well.
