This included reviewing their checklist to make sure I knew what was occurring before, during and after installation. No issues or concerns with the installation. Both installers were on time, experienced and knew their stuff. We purchased a 4 Ton heat pump and everything was removed and replaced (including some sheet metal work) the same day. "I purchased a water softener package from Ohio Valley Pure Water.  Unfortunately, my home setup is not easily adaptable for a water softener.  My clean out is on the back-side of the house but my main is on the front.  The difficulty in setup was enough for Ohio Vally Pure Water to recommend Rodney for the job.

"The experience went well. Alan came at the agreed upon time and quickly started on removing the clog. The cleanout downstairs was unavailable due to the basement being finished so he had to run the auger all the way down from the upstairs kitchen drain. The process did not take that long and the drain was cleaner than it has ever been before. He then gave some advice to prevent the clog from happening again. After that he spent about 30 mins answering questions about the plumbing in my house that we had just purchased. He did not have to spend time doing this so it was greatly appreciated and he will be our go to plumber."

He used a jet wash high pressure water spray wash that cleaned out the interior drain.  He also sent a camera down the sewer line to check and see the rest of the drain.
