He is very sharp, confident and wanted to ensure we had the right product for our home. Everything DeAndre stated was carried out by our installers, Travis and Garrett. This included reviewing their checklist to make sure I knew what was occurring before, during and after installation. No issues or concerns with the installation. Both installers were on time, experienced and knew their stuff. We purchased a 4 Ton heat pump and everything was removed and replaced (including some sheet metal work) the same day. "Alan came very promptly. Although I was not home at the time, the person who watches my house during the day said he was very punctual, diligent in his efforts, and obviously, what he did worked. I don't know what he attempted first, but the end result was removing the toilet upon which he found some strange candle or air freshener type of object (previous owner's) creating the clog. All is well that ends well. I would definitely use this service again."

"Rod showed up right on time.  He was very personable, professional and faced the challenge head on.  The new water softener was slightly larger than the one to be replaced.  Rod needed additional parts to complete the job.  He made it seem like it was an insignificant deal to have to go to a store to get the additional parts to complete the job.  He completed the work, including the unexpected trip to a store, in approximately 3 1/2 hours.  He cleaned up after himself and took the time to explain the new water softener to us.

"We hired Tracey twice. First time was when our electric water was leaking. Not only did he install a new one but he also discovered our house had extremely high water pressure which had caused 2 premature heater failures. He installed a new pressure regulator to bring the water pressure within the specs of all water heaters. The 2nd job Tracey did for us was a garbage replacement.
