Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Rodney is the old world honest man. Call him he responds same day. Friendly , curtious, honest. Called me from the sore, asked me about saving almost 300. 00 dollars on a top line open box heater with minor visual dent in a little lid. I'm not rich and those who read this review aren't either so that much savings was outstanding and he called to let me know he can get it for that price. Google it is an AO Smith corporation water heater one of the best I basically got for half price because of him and his honesty matches quote to the dime had my heater in and a couple hours would have been quicker if I didn't talk with zero off thank you Rodney for your patience. 🤣. I used him before to change out some waxs rings on a toilet, which turned into repairing my bathroom floor before I can even do that and he stuck to a super low price I suggest everyone calls this guy making your friend make him your plumber.

Initially, I was a little apprehensive because I had no idea of the cost. Rodney was very fair and very honest. He communicates well in explaining what is needed to fix the problem. it was such a relief to me to just be able to take a contractor totally at face value. He is an up-front guy and I would recommend him to anyone. And, as a matter of fact, I just recommended him to my son's water restoration company!

Believe the ratings. Very friendly and professional. Great pricing! And great attitude. Need more honest men like this in the world. Job was bigger than expected but he got it done timely and without raking me over the coals because he knows times are tough right now. Felt so relieved. Felt like I made a friend. Trinity Plumbing was fast to respond, did the work in a timely manner and fair pricing. Rodney was respectful and also answered questions about future work I need to have done. He will be coming back soon to do more work that has needed to be done but I never found someone I would trust to do the work. I would definitely recommend Trinity Plumbing!!

Rodney just left my house this morning after very quickly solving an issue another company couldn't. I called him Wednesday around 11am and he came out four hours later to assess and try to reach the clog, but it was too far into the pipes, so he had to come out this morning at 9a with a sewer machine. It's important to note the prior company told me this machine could break my toilets, damage my plumbing and flood my basement if they were able to unclog the drain. Rodney eased my fears and had my plumbing working within 30-45 mins. My toilets are flushing with more force than before and my drains are draining much quicker and there's no mess for me to clean up behind him. His price was more than fair for not only the work, but also his professionalism and experience. We cannot recommend Trinity Plumbing and Water enough!

The day before Thanksgiving and we were preparing a celebration for 30 guests. My wife, unknowingly, put some things in the disposal that should not have been and the whole line in our kitchen clogged. We made several calls to other plumbing companies and no one could help until we came across Trinity Plumbing. We dealt directly with the owner of the company who was en route from another job and he came right over. He spent several hours tracking the source of the clog. Our house is 146 years old so much of the plumbing in our cellar has been rigged over the years. Mr. Robbins not only tracked down the source of the problem but, also re-routed the pipes so that this shouldn't happen again. And, given the nature of the timing and emergency their rates were extremely reasonable. Thank you Trinity Plumbing for saving our Thanksgiving Day celebration.

Excellent Rodney Robbins the owner responded to my need for fixing a difficult plumbing problem in my bathroom. Even tho i watched multiple youtub videos i couldn't do it myself and I had been without shower water for 2 days. We agreed on the next day and he was promptly here and offered me a free estimate and gave a very reasonable quote and again offered no charge if he couldn't fix it. Rodney was friendly, kind and courteous and did indeed fix my issues with no surprise additional fees added to that original quote. I would highly recommend Trinity Plumbing. Thank you Rodney

Rodney responded very quickly to my text, came to give me an estimate the next morning then completed all work the next day. He installed new pipes, shut off valves, dishwasher, garbage disposal, faucets and RO system. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, dependable and leaves everything cleaned up when finished. His pricing was also very fair. I would highly recommend him.

Have odd major issues with water from the street. Rodney checked entire system including pressure reducer and backflow unit. Helped me determine where the issue was. I had no water and called Rodney. He was on the job in 90 minutes. Very personable nice regular guy willing to use his knowledge to diagnose the problem and come up with solutions.

There is no other company I would rather use. I called trinity plumbing yesterday for a backed up toilet. Rodney came out the next day and was respectful when advising me of what was going on. He went through the whole repair process with me insuring I knew what was going on the whole time. He fixed it up before I knew it. If you want someone who knows what there doing and wonâ t talk to you like you are dumb cause you donâ t know whatâ s happening look no farther!
