"Andrew did a good job. He called me on 4/26/2017 and asked me if it is ok to arrive earlier since there was an unexpected cancellation. I told him yes. Before he started the work, he called me and made me aware that the basement carpet is very old, worn out and stained, thus I can't expect that it will be restored after cleaning. So I told him to do the best he could to clean it and deodorize because for sure it would look a lot better than before cleaning it. Amazingly, it turned out better than expected! I was texted a picture of the before and after cleaning a few areas on the total carpet in the basement and it made a big difference after Andrew cleaned it.
