High pressure sales person which ended up with a mismatch of the rest of my bathroom. They refuse to make it right. . I would recommend that you go with a different company.

Shower Installation and Replacement
Mad City was able to replace an old fiberglass shower in our basement bathroom with a custom shower enclosure. This was a tricky job because the shower sits under the stairs, but they were able to create something that fits perfectly, and gives us a more comfortable space to shower. The lead time is a little longer since they fabricate per order, but the installation was completed in a couple of days (that includes city inspections). Their crew was also very respectful of our home. Overall it was a great experience.

The first meeting was great they showed us the product and the amout of heat it actually kept in compared to other windows was crazy then they came and measured for a very tight fit after booking the install they complained the job in a safe and timely manner I will definitely be calling them back

Great care was taken at every step of the removal, prep, install. Looks great and I have the confidence that it is perfect and I don't have to worry about anything. The guys were very pleasant and professional. I also love that the tub and shower are anti-microbial and very easy to clean. I know that this will also help my resale value. After two recent tub to shower installations, one more disastrous than the other, performed by one of the nationwide, huge home improvement companies, I perused Angi, subsequently contacting 2 of their recommended entities. With an admittedly healthy dose of skepticism, I contracted with Mad City to correct the mistakes of the preceding company, and satisfy our needs. Mad City demonstrates those rarest qualities of all among home improvement companies. They actually provide high quality materials, professional service, and attention to detail, maintaining a customer-centric focus. I had my new bath installed last week. The work was done in one day. I don't know how they did it. The shower looks great and works well. I wish I could put pictures on this to show the difference. I had 4 dealers come in to give me an estimate. The cost ranged from $17000.00 to $20000.00. I researched Mad City, and they had the best warranty

I was very disappointed to pay $17,000 for just a shower remodel. I thought the stone would be real for that price...it is plastic. We were deep into the construction when this was revealed.
