We had water damage on Christmas and Garrett and his team were at our house the next day. They immediately setup equipment and monitored it daily until our home was dry. They enclosed each of the areas they were working in temporary plastic enclosures to assure excellent air quality in the rest of the house during the process. We didnâ t have mold issues, but they took several additional preventative actions that gave us peace of mind. Our insurance company was difficult and Garrett also provided helpful coaching on that front. Overall we were extremely pleased with their responsiveness, expertise, state of the art equipment for air purifying and their overall customer service level. AdvantaClean team led by Garrett took very good care of our basement flooding damage. Garrett was very professional and honest. He came in promptly as scheduled and analyzed the damage and started taking care of it immediately. He explained every procedure clearly in detail. Garret and is crew were great to work with as they corrected the water damage from a broken tub drain. Once they inspected the initial issue, Garret took the time to examine the surrounding are to identify the source and provided the correct course of action to correct the water damage - it had crossed three floors of the house. The team that worked within the house were extremely courteous and kept the mess to a pair minimum. Which was amazing considering, they had to remove a tub, drywall, tile and wood flooring, and installation. Highly recommend the team.

They were very honest and actually looked at the problem before given me a worry or overcharge like the other companies. After crawling through the rafters found he could take care of it without charge as he stated was the Christian thing to do and work was minimal. I am selling a house and the home inspection came back with mold and damage beyond repair( I was out of the country and could not look myself). I contacted AdvantaClean and they went to the house , took a ton of pictures and provided an estimate. Ran the info by my real estate agent and we hired them to perform the mold remediation in the attic and crawl space. The after pictures were awesome. The colmunication was fantastic, they kept me informed when I could receive communication and definitely kept my real estate agent up to date of the entire progress. They started on a Friday and finished with the protective coating on Monday. the next offer had a home inspection scheduled on Tuesday and found no mold and no damage beyond repair. thank you.
