Greg and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our water supply line. They gave us our estimate quickly and since we had a substantial leak, they made us a priority in their work schedule. The whole job was done in a day with a disruption in water supply of only 5 hours. The crew was professional, courteous and friendly making the process of replacing the water line (and paying for it) a lot easier to take. We highly recommend them.

Greg was very quick to respond and get things going for a water heater replacement. I submitted info on Angi on Wednesday evening and Greg called within seconds to find out about our issues. After sending him pictures, he called Thursday morning with a price and Friday morning he and a helper had the water heater replaced with a commercial unit. Very professional, clean and informative. Took the time to explain ways to care for the unit to make it last. Very quick and efficient. In and out within about 2 hours. Would hire again without hesitation. Quality work.

Greg and Kristina returned my call immediately and were able to fit me into to their schedule the same day for an issue with my home sump pump. They were able to put in a temporary fix while we wait for the utility companies to come out and mark for lines. Both Greg and Kristina are knowledge, friendly and best of all they have continued to communicate with me while we are waiting for permanent solution to be completed.

Greg and Kristina solved a major plumbing problem for us. When our water bill went up substantially, we discovered a leak in the outside Bluemax waterline near the foundation of our house. Unfortunately, the line ran under our concrete wraparound porch. Greg proposed a plan to reroute the line to a different area of the basement and install a new interior main shut off valve. He saved our porch and saved us thousands of dollars. The original line was 10â underground and hard to locate but they wouldnâ t give up! The new line is repaired and the water leak is gone. Greg is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and explained every step. Greg and Kristina are very friendly and make a great team! I highly recommend them for all your emergency or non-emergency plumbing needs. Thank you GAGP!

I had a great experience with Greg. We had to have our water turned off due to a leak and had some trouble finding a plumber. By the time I contacted Greg, we had been without water for several days. We ended up with a few estimates. Greg was significantly cheaper than the others and the only company that seemed to consider our lack of water an emergency. He treated us like people rather than just a business transaction. He explained everything. He did exactly what he said he would do. He got our water back on quickly. The best part is that I won't have to search for a plumber again; I know I can just call Greg.

I had a water main pipe break within a few feet from my house and had to turn the water off. I called them the morning it happened and they came out that afternoon and fixed it on the spot and had my water back on by dinner. Great price, great customer service and great people! Do not waste time with the big companies. I was quoted $2,700 - $3,700 labor and materials by one big company to replace my 40 gallon water heater and expansion tank depending on the life warranty of the water heater. I spent about $550 on materials and paid about $750 labor for this hardworking, local, power couple to install my water heater and expansion tank. They are trustworthy, reliable, provide long term maintenance instructions, and are good at communicating. Save $ and spend it on local people. By the way, Thomas & Galbraith did not leave this review.
