"We are very happy with our new (9/8/23) Fortress Floor. From the inquiry, the quoting process, scheduling, and installation the Fortress Floors Midwest team was outstanding. Each step was well managed by professional people and we got great results. Our job was a fairly simple two car garage that we actually use to park cars. The original concrete was pitted, the aggregate was coming up, and the concrete dust was overwhelming. The new floor fixed all of that and we can do simple new things like adding a fridge or a freezer and even walking barefoot in the garage again! We no longer track dust and pebbles into the house and we already see the difference inside. Probably most impressive was the teamwork across sales, scheduling, and installation. The small group we worked with: Amy, Michelle, and Jarrod and his team of two were fantastic. It is probably a small business thing, but they do seem to be organized to get projects done. Amy even brought donuts for the installation team on the morning of our job! It says that they work well together and they certainly get great results. "Every now and then a supplier really surprises me in a very positive way and Ninja did that. First of all, Cleveland took plenty of time to go thorough options, talk about the positives and negatives to consider, explained how they did things as well as what I needed to do to make things run smoothly. I had looked up normal pricing for these kinds of projects and the price was very fair. We set a date, he contacted me to confirm the date, and he and the workers showed up on time. The workers were thorough, tireless and careful in their work as well as courteous and pleasant. They finished slightly ahead of schedule and the work was perfect from all I can tell. Then Cleveland was gracious enough to take some time the day after the work was finished to review how to take care of the floor, brought me a gift to squeegee the floor as well as a lovely hand written note thanking me for my business. I strongly recommend them."

"Our bathtub was leaking and the floor was dipping. John the representative was wonderful to work with. In 2 weeks Matt the installer came out and removed our cast iron tub. He repaired the plumbing, put in a new subfloor and installed a walk in shower. He was a hard worker and answered any questions we had. Our bathroom looks beautiful! We are very happy. And there is a lifetime warranty!"

"Nate (N Ky.) did a fabulous job. __ He is very knowlegable and I would ask for him again personally in a heart beat. __ Nate pointed other possible projects (objectively) as they also offer a 5" bottom seal for doors versus a 3"; if some need that to optimally air seal to the floor at other houses. Reinforcing the door center horizontal rib with metal was a great idea he shared.__As a mechanical engineer I have very, very high standards: so this is truly a superior technician (customer friendly) and superior co.___I was also pleasantly shocked they could get to the task within a few days (as companies this typically are slammed with customer calls this time of year). One of the Best Vendors I have ever used!"
