After working over 15 years in the home appliance repair and service business through various companies, a husband and wife decided to start an affordable appliance repair service to support their local community's needs in Marysville, Ohio. Working at larger appliance repair companies, we noticed a lot of overhead and waste - this makes service less affordable. We have also noticed over the years that customers have opted to replace their appliances due to the high costs of repair, not getting the benefit of the full useful life of that old appliance they loved. We wanted to make the cost to repair more affordable for customers by reducing overhead and operating costs while providing best-in-industry service. We are committed to bringing the best value to our Marysville and surrounding areas customers with our services.

We felt people in the Dayton market needed a reliable and experienced appliance company that offers a great warranty and cost effective repairs. We strive for customer satisfaction and we do that by wearing shoe covers, been clean and professional and educate our customers on proper usage of their appliance to help get the most life out of it. We charge a $55 trip fee which covers the diagnostic of any appliance that you need serviced and if you choose the repair we will waive the trip fee.We offer a price break down so you know exactly what you are paying for. We offer first responder, military, senior citizen and educator discounts all to help those who help us. Now That's RARE!!
