Working at larger appliance repair companies, we noticed a lot of overhead and waste - this makes service less affordable. We have also noticed over the years that customers have opted to replace their appliances due to the high costs of repair, not getting the benefit of the full useful life of that old appliance they loved. We wanted to make the cost to repair more affordable for customers by reducing overhead and operating costs while providing best-in-industry service.
