Once again, Mark at Tiger Plumbing to the rescue! We desperately needed to replace the faucet in one of our bathrooms. Faucet replacement, we likely could have done it ourselves. That said, we leave all things plumbing related to Mark! Good thing we did. Unbeknownst to us, the valves and lines were badly corroded and we were on the verge of a serious plumbing issue...on the 2nd floor. Mark got it all done, replaced our faucet, and helped us avoid a very costly water damage repair. He is knowledgeable, fast, neat, and gets it right the first time...EVERY time. Local business, and a great guy! If you need a plumber, Tiger is the one to call!

Yet ANOTHER shout out to Mark at Tiger Plumbing !! Another plumbing issue in our new home. We had a pipe burst where the former owner made a previous repair. Mark went out of his way to swing by and take care of it for us! He does it right, and we know we can always count on him. What he repairs, we never have issues with. We bought our home less than a year ago and have discovered the former owner did most of his own plumbing projects... unsuccessfully. This is Mark's 3rd trip in 7 months. As before, he was fast, professional, extremely clean and the best part...fixed our wobbly toilet right...the first time! A new flange, shims to level it, and very reasonable cost especially given the time he spent. Grateful for Mark's expertise and commitment to doing the job right...the first time. Tiger Plumbing is simply the best.

Had a faulty sump pump that was starting to stick on open and had stopped before and flooded the basement. After a week of working with the old pump and trying to band aid it, we decided to pick up a pump and replace it one evening. Overall the situation seemed like it'd take about 30 minutes. Well, long story short, a few hours later we realized we were in over our head. The old system was a home made set up and I needed more tools than what I had. It was time to find a plumber, it was also 9:30 at night. I called Tiger Plumbing and left a brief voicemail with the owner Mark. He got back to me in roughly 10 minutes and was at the door in 30-40 minutes after that. Mark was very professional and nice. He looked over the problem and explained how we needed a check valve (system was old). I asked some pretty run of the mill question for somebody new to the sump pump system and Mark was more than happy to explain. He then wasted no time and had the problem done within an hour. Mark called the next morning and left a voice mail saying if I needed anything or had any questions to call any time. Overall I was extremely happy with the work and the little touches that he added (braced the pipe to the well instead of the free hanging situation it was in, Called to check up the next morning). Paid extra for the emergency service (again it was 9:30pm on a weeknight) but was completely fair and worth it). I would be more than comfortable having to call again.

Mark was very responsive and scheduled our appointment for the very next business day.  The installation went well and the disposal works like a charm!  We will definitely call Mark again for plumbing service.

Mark was so polite and patient with us and all our questions. Cleaned up my house and told me too call with any questions day or night

It was amazing! He fixed the water heater and several leaks that we had. He fixed the cast iron drain pipes for us as well. I was very satisfied with the work that was provided. He is very pleasant and very punctual as well. He gives senior discounts too.

As per usual, Mark was very helpful, and his advice was right on the money. I've used Tiger Plumbing for other issues. He installed a kitchen faucet, and a water softener. He is always polite, professional and very easy to work with. I can't see any reason to consider anyone else for future plumbing needs.

We have used this business before for our residence and our rental. On all occasions, we have gotten great, courteous service at a fair price. In this case, we were having trouble with the bathroon sink drain and pipes. A pipe had leaked, ruining the kitchen ceiling...it was a mess. He had to go through a wall to repair it and got the job done for us. Highly recommended.

He was very clean. We would give him A's for everything. We would definitely use him again.

This was very excellent service. Late at night, we had a problem with the floor drain being clogged. We called Tiger, and Mark came out right away and fixed the problem. It was refreshing to see such positive professionalism being practiced. The work was done very quickly and neatly, and at a very reasonable rate. Very pleased with the service.

All work completed and tested prior to his departure. Mark arrived first thing in the morning as promised and completed all requests efficiently and professionally. I have already arranged to have him return and do some more work. I highly recommend this company.
