I went and he opened the door. I gave him a friendly greeting and said you don't remember me do you.. ? He said no. I let him know that I was the salon down the street and he had told me to come I so that he could go over some options. He cut me off and told me that he he didn't say that and would never tell anyone that .. he said that he would type up an estimate and send it to me.. so I'm still trying to get him to remember me I said nooo you told me.. and he went off and said look I don't want to do any business with you... That's the type of day I'm having so just go! I was shocked but I don't try to force my money on anyone that doesn't want it.. but that was rude and undeserving

Don't ask questions, they don't like that and may cuss you out like they did me.

Tony showed up on time, but after that, the scheduled service appointment went quickly downhill. When my husband asked Tony to remove his work boots since we just had new carpet installed, he refused. He then proceeded to walk off the job, claiming that he doesn't remove his shoes for anyone. His lack of professionalism and his gruff demeanor were shocking. A construction manager who had referred him couldn't even persuade him to apologize. Do not let this jerk in your house, with or without shoes!

Very well. I was worked into the schedule very quickly. The guys were friendly and the quality of the job was excellent(basement is bone dry). Just wish they had picked up their cups and other trash in the yard before they left.

The service went very well. It was an in depth project. Their estimate was the best out of the other companies I looked in to. They are a local company and made their estimate very clear.  The basement is lined with lime stone walls and they were able to make the basement livable. A crew 6-8 came out and completed the job in 10 days. They were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves every day. They were very professional and punctual. They always showed up when they said they would.

I was really pleased with the work, especially since they fixed the leak. We did have to call them back for a small repair and they responded very quickly.

They were terrible.  The job was supposed to take five or six days but it took ten.  The quibbling among the guys was pretty bad and my husband had to listen to it all day one day.  They had no respect for my property whatsoever, and they did not even attempt to finish off their work.  It is so uneven; it is a half to a whole inch off in some places.  I wanted to put a floating floor down there but I can’t now.  They gave me a spiel on the first day that no one was a sub contractor but they were only here for an hour the first day and then left.  They pinned their sign to my tree and then they were gone.  They took $200 off the price because someone left my freezer door open and I had to throw all of my food out.  Tony, the guy who gave me the estimate, was very personable but he just walked away from me when I asked him why it was taking so long.  I will not use them again.

Although we were ultimately satisfied with the out come of their work as our basement isn t leaking, we were quite upset with the fact that we found damage to our yard that no one told us about. Between this and the fact that the workmen were very sloppy and we could only get three to four hours out of them a day, we really didn t have a great experience. The job took much longer to finish than we thought it should have but at least the price was within what we thought it should be.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB FOR ME BUT I THINK PEOPLE NEED TO MAKE UP THEIR OWN MIND ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT TO HIRE THEM.
