"Thank you so much it was a pleasure working for you."
"THANK YOOOOOOOOOU"
"The scheduler had a death in the family. Once he returned, the person that needed to come look the job was on vacation. Once that individual returned three attempts, one by phone and two by text, were made with the customer. There was no response. It was believed that the customer was no longer interested as we could not get a hold of them. Our apologies for not keeping the customer updated and for not getting back with them."
"Thank you for the kind words. Keith and the entire staff work toward good customer service, quality workmanship, and being considerate at all times. Glad that we met you expectations."
"Sorry, but our company did not do this work."
"We did not provide a quote to this address. If some other name is attached please advise. Thank you"
"Thank you very much for the kind words. We try to honor our our work and always do the best we can for each customer."
"We are very sorry but we show no record with any contact with you nor is anyone familiar with your name or request."
"Thank you so much for your kind words. I am glad we met expectations."
"Technician assigned to your appointment had a serious medical situation with his son and was with him that day. Sorry for the missed appointment but did not know we had the issue until the weekend."
"Thank you for your continued business and support."
"Effort was made to contact you immediately after your request multiple times but no answer and voice mail was full. Since then we did speak to you and the job was completed with praise from you. Thank you"
"Being diligent in reviewing the issues, as we have never received a complaint in the many years that Rodney has worked for our company, we wanted to be sure of our facts prior to responding. Talking to both Service Technicians that did the work we confirmed that we did over schedule. [Member Name Removed] contacted Rodney who immediately acknowledge the mistake but could not get there prior to her leaving for work that day - Rodney did not offer multiple excuses. The next day Rodney quoted her a price for all her requests and the estimate was agreed upon. Due to volume of work the shed project and changing the kitchen sink was done on the following day with her agreement. After [Member Name Removed] left to go golfing both technicians started work on the toilets. The repairs on all 3 toilets were completed and tested and there were no leaks. [Member Name Removed] reported a leak and they returned and discovered old flange was broken after removal of toilet. As [Member Name Removed] was not home a decision to replace the flange was made rather than leaving the toilet off and not working. Again the toilets were tested numerous times with no leakage. [Member Name Removed] was sent a text telling her of the broken flange and that we repaired it for a nominal charge. All floor stains were there priviously due to leakage. Rodney also told her after expecting the shed more closely and how we would fix it the price quoted would stay the same. Rodney provided options for the shed repair and she never got back with him. We never heard any complaints from her."
"please accept my apologies. I do not recall getting any messages from you or any calls from you indicating that I needed to reach out to you. However the contact made and job completed."
"Terribly sorry that the communication on our part did not work out. We did not abandon the work and actually had it scheduled. The delay in scheduling work was due to heavy rain during that period that put all of our crews in a catch up mode. Initially we made some changes to the work request and did not see your final follow up to schedule the work - and thought that you had moved on. It was our error in missing your final confirmation to begin work. We have taken steps to correct this error and we sincerely apologize."
"Thank you very much for the kind words."
"I appreciate the kind remarks about Rodney. I am glad to hear things went well."
"Thank you for taking the time to write a review and I appreciate your patience with us in getting this scheduled."
"Thank you very much for allowing me to assist you."
"I thank you for your feedback. I appreciate it very much"
