A holy nightmare!!!!!!!! Rodney and his Associate did the work. Rodney knew I was taking off work to meet him but failed to show. I should have stopped there, but I badly needed my toilet fixed so I called him; he had every lame excuse in the book, but like a fool I rescheduled. His price was as much if not more (I believe more) than a licensed Plumber. He agreed to do the work plus extra I didn't need, but he convinced me I needed that extra. He fixed 3 toilets, and gave me an estimate to fix my Shed. I asked him for written quotes, but he's a quick talking schmoozer, and I never got it in writing, just a verbal. The next day he decided to do significantly less work on the Shed than promised, but wanted to charge the same or charge more. This time he wanted to charge extra for the parts. Bottom line, he changed the work and price. At that point I was done because all his credibility was lost. I called someone else to fix the Shed. The next day I discovered my guest bathroom toilet downstairs was leaking as a result of the extra work he had talked me into getting done (which I didn't need in the first place). I sent him pictures where the water damaged my wood floors and so far haven't heard back from him. I've now called another Plumber; this time a licensed Plumber to correct the problem. Plus I have damaged wood floors. Run, don't walk if you see Rodney coming. You've been warned!!!!!! I wish someone had warned me.

"Being diligent in reviewing the issues, as we have never received a complaint in the many years that Rodney has worked for our company, we wanted to be sure of our facts prior to responding. Talking to both Service Technicians that did the work we confirmed that we did over schedule. [Member Name Removed] contacted Rodney who immediately acknowledge the mistake but could not get there prior to her leaving for work that day - Rodney did not offer multiple excuses. The next day Rodney quoted her a price for all her requests and the estimate was agreed upon. Due to volume of work the shed project and changing the kitchen sink was done on the following day with her agreement. After [Member Name Removed] left to go golfing both technicians started work on the toilets. The repairs on all 3 toilets were completed and tested and there were no leaks. [Member Name Removed] reported a leak and they returned and discovered old flange was broken after removal of toilet. As [Member Name Removed] was not home a decision to replace the flange was made rather than leaving the toilet off and not working. Again the toilets were tested numerous times with no leakage. [Member Name Removed] was sent a text telling her of the broken flange and that we repaired it for a nominal charge. All floor stains were there priviously due to leakage. Rodney also told her after expecting the shed more closely and how we would fix it the price quoted would stay the same. Rodney provided options for the shed repair and she never got back with him. We never heard any complaints from her."

I recommend Chuck. Very professional. I called number listed and Chuck answered. i told him about the job I needed completed and he said he would have Keith call me. That evening Keith called me but I missed his call. He left his number. The following Monday I called him and left a detailed message about what I needed. That afternoon he called back and within 30 minutes he was at my door ready to work. He was done in about 20 minutes. Keith was very polite, friendly, and professional. I will use Chuck again in the future and would recommend him to my neighbors!!

It went great. It took a couple weeks to get on Chuck's schedule but it was well worth the wait. He showed up exactly on time and did what I needed done. Very professional definitely hire again.

Fabulous! This is a detached garage and I told Chuck it was a surprise for my husbands birthday. He made sure to leave for the day before my husband got home, did outstanding work, doing things I hadn't thought of like moving outlets, adding a light in an area without one, attic access, fixed a roller on our garage door. He is professional and yet was totally interested in how the surprise went. My husband was completely surprised and has already spent more time in there than the previous 4 years! (My daughters and I painted and did not have time to paint the ceiling as you will see in the pic below.)

The service turned out great. The cost of service went over the $135 Big Deal. I think we ended up using eight hours. The price was great. I really love them and I would use them again. Chuck and Rocky are both fantastic. They were waiting for the parts. It was great. He did just anything. Anything I asked him to do, he just would do it. They did some stuff like when I asked them to patch the wall and he said yeah and he even patched some spots in another room. They finished the work close to eight hours total because they came back different days to finish up. They were miraculously clean. They even used a shot back. They were very clean the whole way. I bought a part and it did not work right. They went and found a different one. They got it when they were downtown and it was the right part so it did not burn out the fan.

It went so well that I am mad at myself for not having hired them before now! From now on, if I need something done that they do, I am hiring them. I could not be happier! He came on time (wait, unlike my previous guy, he actually showed!), he was incredibly efficient, he did the work so quickly, and he did not complain about this ancient, country house or my ancient, howling dog. It's far harder to repair a mess someone else made than to do it yourself from the start but he did great!
