After researching for local Rinnai installers on the Rinnai website and checking references on Angie's List we decided to call B. Carlson to have a timer installed. The lady that took our call was delightful and scheduled a tech to come out and examine our system to see what was needed. We provided model number information so the tech would know beforehand what model we had and we assumed he would bring the appropriate timer. On the day of our appointment the tech called and asked if he could come earlier as he was in the area. Once he arrived, he looked at our system and noticed some staining on the drain tube and proceeded to tell us we may have a heat exchanger that was rusting and after telling us about the poor reliability of Rinnai water heaters in general recommended we consider replacing it with a Navien. We never got around to discussing our original request to have a timer installed. After paying a dispatch fee, the tech left with the promise to follow up with a quote for a new system. My wife and I then did some quick research and found absolutely no information indicating that Rinnai had reliability problems and Navien was a better system. If anything, they were about equal. We then called the company and said we did not need an estimate for a new water heater but we still wanted a timer installed and wanted to have the water heater serviced. A new service call was scheduled for the following week. On the day we were scheduled, we got a call from the company saying they had another tech available that could come out earlier than our scheduled appointment which we agreed to. This tech had no idea about the timer or had any parts. He was very nice but seemed to not know what was needed. I showed him in the installation manual our builder left what the timer looked like and what the model number was. He could not tell me what the cost was to service the unit either. He said he would have the company provide a quote for the timer and also for service. We received the quote a couple of days later. It was exorbitant and we decided to not proceed with the quote. In general, all the people we delt with on the phone or in person were very nice and professional. With that said, we were not happy that a company that sells and installs Rinnai seemed to have no idea what to do. The first tech just wanted to sell us a new $4,000 plus system and the second one wasn't prepared to do anything based on our original work request. For an A rated company, we were very disappointed on their execution. I should also note, the second tech looked at the staining on the drip tube and didn't think it was a problem. Given our experience, we will not call this company in the future for any plumbing, heating or A/C. We were hoping to find a reputable company to deal with but B. Carlson won't be that company.

Matthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above.

Appliance LiquidatorsThe stove worked for maybe a day or 2 we have been calling them every week to come out and fix it! And every time they “fix” the problem some how it gets worse!! At first the stove worked fine but sometime throughout the week the oven completely stopped working! LOWESWe chose Shenandoah all plywood construction cabinets. Lowe's contracted with a super installation re-modeller for the work and granite top. A minor problems with delivery schedules were quickly handled by their Installed Sales Department where coordinator follows your job from start to finish. Throughout the job (3 weeks) we felt we always had a responsive person at Lowes to work with us and resolve our questions. The quality of the cabinets was very good. This was a very pleasant experience.- richard w.

Builders Source IncEverything turned out really well. I went down during a special after-hours sale that they had, and bought a sub-zero refrigerator that I did not intend to buy going in. The owner, Mike Williams, got involved and gave me a great price, and the regional representative for the unit was there as well and convinced me of the quality of the product. They treated me very well, and the delivery and installation was good. I have tried to contact them for a peice of the refrigerator that was missing, and I haven't been able to get that yet, but their responsiveness in regards to the rest of my experience has been great.- Dwight M.
