"ABC responded withing 30 minutes after my call on a Saturday. Norman, the technician was cordial and very professional. He explained what was wrong with my refrigerator and what options I had to fix it. I definitely recommend ABC Appliance Repair to everyone who needs it."

"Tim Marshall, owner, and appliance medic, did a wonderful job! He promptly diagnosed the problem with our washing machine and had it up and running a short time later. No more water on the floor!! Tim was punctual, efficient, and friendly. We highly recommend Marshall Appliance Repair. We will hire again when the need arises."

"He did not have the parts needed to complete the repair. I paid $140 down and will pay another $140 when the parts come in to be installed. There are several parts needed and the labor is also figured into the total cost. I'm saving about $100.00 by not buying a new unit. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. His company is one of the few that work on microwaves."

"The service was great. When I look up on your website and submitted the details they responded immediately. They asked me when they could come which I really appreciate. Usually, the Service Provider's who's giving out the schedule for the service. They were professional and polite. My dryer works better now."

"the tech Thomas, was so friendly, prompt, polite and knowledgeable and he helped us with our oven problem, just 1-2-3, done! We will definitely recommend you and will call again whenever we need appliance repair. Thank you again."
