Done quickly and professionally with the materials I provided. Seriously I had come off an absolutely terrible nightmare of a time trying to manage a handyman who simply did not show up and had no interested in finishing the job. The job, building a gate, was done in 4 hours and is sturdy, looks great and it was a somewhat fancy design! Hire this guy and you'll be alright.

Didn't hire this person 1st because his quote seemed excessive for 35 ft of a wooden fence, 2nd, he took away my glass window to be replaced, after measuring it for a replacement, which seemed unnecessary and questionable to me, and 3rd.. he returned it, leaning in an area exposed to wind versus the covered patio where it would have been protected from the wind. His neglect resulted in broken glass all over where he leaned it exposed, and caused extra work to clean up. Lastly... I could not find his business license registration with the state's Secretary of State where ALL businesses operating in the state must be registered.

My front gate for my entry was damaged by the wind and Conrad was able to repair it and it looks brand new. He also installed another gate I had previously purchased . Conrad did excellent work and I will definitely hire him for other projects.
